Chez Sara - Lifeskills & Yoga
The ‘Skills for life’ project of the World Health Organization (WHO,
1994) proposes to improve well-being and psycho-social health through the
learning of skills (lifeskills) useful for managing emotions and social
relationships.
Through Yoga we prepare our mind to know ourselves and our body better as
to be ready to work on the life skills and become more aware and able to change
habits, not only linked to the way of acting, but also to the way of thinking
and approaching.
Each session will begin with a yoga practice with Gaia, at the end of
which there will be a short 10-minute break, followed by a discussion of the
lifeskill approached led by Dr. Barada - Pharmacologist specializing in
addictions.
If you are ready to put yourself out there or simply want to gain more
knowledge, we are waiting for you in a family atmosphere surrounded by the
greenery of Florence, just a stone's throw away from the city center.
We meet every Wednesday from 6.30pm to 8pm starting from February 7 in
via Susini, 22 Florence, 50125 (Viale Michelangelo area).
