I am writing these few lines in July 2020, almost a year after the first meeting with Doctor Sana. It was September 2019 when I showed up in her office and I was a very different person from who I am now; I had just returned from a very intense panic attack that had even put me in hospital, where, among other things, I had been diagnosed with a very important fatty liver disease; a "gift" from my dissolute life.
